Join as a Middle-Senior Client Delivery Manager to oversee B2B client delivery, ensuring quality execution and effective communication across teams. Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (Development, QA, Analytics, Product) Align client roadmaps with internal development cycles and release plans Monitor project progress, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to maintain delivery stability Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple workstreams Drive customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and improving delivery processes Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, priorities, and technical feasibilityMaintain clear documentation and reporting in Jira and Confluence Continuously improve delivery workflows and team collaboration processes
What you'll do
- •Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- •Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (Development, QA, Analytics, Product)
- •Align client roadmaps with internal development cycles and release plans
- •Monitor project progress, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies
- •Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to maintain delivery stability
