Motion Designer (AI-native / Creative Automation)

Looking for a Motion Designer with an AI-native mindset for an EdTech project focused on AI skills training. Full-time remote position.

• •Generate video creatives through AI automation: via API, in batches
• •Create static assets: banners for various formats and languages, with localization and resizing
• •Organize production to create dozens of creatives simultaneously
• •Test new AI tools and approaches, maintaining quality at scale

• •Experience in motion design and static design: proficiency in both is essential
• •AI-native mindset: always think about how to achieve tasks through AI
• •Proficient in modern AI video and image generators: able to set tasks, write prompts, and deliver working results
• •Attention to quality at scale: able to catch errors in hundreds of files
