• •Process payments for BML Group clients and address transaction issues promptly.
• •Provide enhanced customer service by processing withdrawals safely.
• •Identify and manage fraudulent transactions to minimize losses.
• •Assess and escalate cases to relevant departments.
• •Request KYC documents.
• •Research and resolve fraud cases including credit card fraud, bank fraud, identity theft, and phishing.
• •Collaborate with Betsson Technologies and other departments for system improvements.
