What you'll do
- •Partner closely with the Sports Trading team to align product initiatives with commercial objectives and continuously optimize operational processes.
- •Own the Sportsbook product and its related services, driving continuous improvements to maximize product performance, customer engagement, and user satisfaction.
- •Manage the Sportsbook product budget, ensuring alignment with business KPIs, monitoring budget utilization, and delivering financial targets.
- •Ensure Sportsbook products and services comply with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, minimizing legal and operational risks.
- •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization, as well as external vendors and technology partners.
- •Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and product growth.
- •Drive the implementation of new features, enhancements, and product improvements to maintain market competitiveness.
- •Initiate and lead continuous process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product delivery.
- •Perform other product-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
