Overview
Join Conversant Group as a NOC Engineer, responsible for incident response and maintenance in a remote setting. Competitive salary and benefits offered. The NOC Engineer I role will be responsible for incident response in accordance to company standard operating procedures, scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of our Managed Services Solutions. This role will report to the Managed Services Maintenance Manager and is 100% Remote.
What you'll do
- •Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
- •Resolve maintenance related technical issues
- •Maintain a general understanding of Conversant Group Products & Services
- •Obtain and Maintain Select Vendor Engineer Certifications
- •Follow best practices and standard operating procedures
- •Provide feedback on how to improve supportability of our services
- •Collaborate with Clients, Peers, and Managers to aid in Successful Support of Services
