What you'll do
- •Oversee and coordinate daily office operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent standards and smooth collaboration between offices.
- •Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Office Operations Management (OOM) team, ensuring effective communication, productivity, and performance management.
- •Implement and maintain unified office policies, procedures, document workflows, and visitor handling processes, optimizing efficiency through technology.
- •Ensure offices are fully equipped, well maintained, and provide appropriate workspaces; oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and office equipment.
- •Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service and drive continuous improvement of office services and processes.
- •Manage suppliers and service providers, review proposals, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.
- •Prepare and manage the office operations budget, control costs, analyze variances, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- •Provide operational coverage during team absences.
