What you'll do
- โขManage day-to-day office operations and maintenance.
- โขCoordinate with vendors and service providers.
- โขMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- โขOrganize company meetings, events, and team activities.
- โขSupport onboarding process of new employees regarding office logistics.
- โขEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- โขAssist other departments with administrative tasks.
