Overview
BitGo is seeking an Office Manager to lead office operations and provide light IT support in Singapore. The role involves managing administrative needs, vendor relations, and first-line IT support in a dynamic fintech environment. BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. As the operational backbone of the digital economy, BitGo handles a significant portion of Bitcoin network transactions and is the largest independent digital asset custodian, and staking provider, in the world. We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented and hands on professional to lead office operations while providing light IT support for our Singapore office. This is a fully onsite role that blends workplace experience, facilities management and first line technical support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service oriented and comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues while creating a world class workplace environment.
Office Operations and Workplace Experience
- •Manage all administrative and general office needs;
- •Order and stock supplies and snacks and manage the lunch program to support daily workplace needs;
- •Oversee local vendors and contractors and ensure service levels are maintained;
- •Serve as the primary contact between the company and building management and ensure all facility needs are met;
- •Partner with Executive Assistants and leadership on event planning including social events, external events, holiday celebrations and offsite retreats;
- •Work closely with HR and People Operations on local perks and benefits programs;
- •Greet visitors and provide a warm and professional experience;
- •Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements;
- •Promote a positive office culture and foster engagement and collaboration;
- •Support AV setup and meeting room functionality.
IT Support
- •Serve as first line IT support for staff including hardware, software, WiFi, printers, email and video conferencing tools;
- •Handle employee onboarding and offboarding IT setup including account provisioning, permissions, device setup and equipment collection;
- •Maintain IT asset inventory and track company devices and equipment;
- •Coordinate with external IT vendors or MSPs and escalate complex technical issues as needed;
- •Support basic security practices including MFA setup, access control and device encryption;
- •Maintain IT documentation and simple troubleshooting guides;
- •Provide basic macOS troubleshooting and hands on technical support.
