What you'll do
- •Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects: product launches, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
- •Act as the central point of coordination between local and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
- •Drive project execution by defining timelines, tracking milestones, identifying risks and dependencies, and following up on action items.
- •Gather business requirements, prepare project documentation (BRD, SOP, Memo), and support implementation from planning through launch.
- •Coordinate external partner and banking integrations, including testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- •Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- •Evaluate A/B tests, analyse and propose UX/UI enhancements, and product optimization initiatives.
- •Conduct market, competitor, and product analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
