  • โ€ขMaintain and update game, product, and Marketplace configurations to ensure accuracy across platforms.
  • โ€ขCreate and manage promotional campaigns, bonus setups, and CRM activities within internal systems.
  • โ€ขMonitor and analyse campaign and promotional performance, using key metrics and insights to identify opportunities, optimise future initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • โ€ขPartner with cross-functional teams including CRM, Marketplace, and Integration to support new initiatives and ongoing projects.
  • โ€ขMonitor workflows, track key activities, and help ensure operational tasks are delivered on time.
  • โ€ขIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual administration.
