ORM Lead

We are looking for an ORM Lead for a large fintech project! The position is remote (outside Russia) or office-based in Cyprus.

• •Management
• •Leading a team of ORM specialists: task distribution, prioritization, quality control, and feedback provision;
• •Building internal processes from scratch: standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines, response templates, communication standards;
• •Coordinating with PR, SMM, customer support, and legal departments to ensure a unified brand voice.
• •Monitoring and Analytics
• •Real-time monitoring of brand mentions across all platforms: social media, messengers, media, forums, review sites;
• •Working with monitoring tools: Brand Analytics, YouScan, Mention, Medialog, or their analogs;
• •Analyzing message sentiment, identifying reputational risks and abnormal activity.
• •Managing Negative Feedback
• •Developing a strategy for responding to negative content - from individual complaints to coordinated attacks;
• •Promptly addressing negative reviews and comments on all platforms (Google, Trustpilot, App Store, Reddit, specialized forums);
• •Engaging in discussions on behalf of the brand or neutral participants: handling objections, neutralizing negative narratives, controlling the discussion agenda.
