Responsibilities
- •Facilitate the hedging needs of client flows.
- •Provide clients with best in class service while managing risk exposures.
- •Improve the trading offering through tooling and technical investments.
- •Perform principal trading exposure management infrastructure and processes.
- •Contribute to efforts of increasing automation.
- •Follow market narratives to contribute perspectives to internal research efforts.
- •Be available to respond to changing exposures, client questions, and requests.

Requirements
- •5+ years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.

- •Familiarity with Python for automation tasks.
