Partner Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a part-time Partner Manager to manage daily relationships with our partners in an affiliate marketing network. This role involves communication, monitoring offers, and ensuring partners receive what they need. We manage a large affiliate marketing network — offers, partners, and traffic across multiple platforms.

• •Manage partner relationships — be the main contact for a group of partners, onboard them, respond to daily inquiries, and monitor account status.
• •Manage offers and limits — set up and adjust offers, distributions, limits, and overflow; ensure top partners receive the necessary traffic and work with underperformers.
• •Monitor performance and quality — track daily/weekly KPIs (conversion, ROAS, quality flags), identify anomalies early.
• •Coordinate payments and reconciliations — track partner earnings, help resolve discrepancies, maintain up-to-date payment information.
• •Clear communication — respond to partners on Discord, Slack, and via email, manage tasks and reminders.
• •Support the team — relay feedback from partners, identify opportunities and recurring issues.

• •Payment: $2,800–$3,000/month
• •Schedule: part-time, 15–20 hours/week
