Payment Account Manager - Junior

Join SOFTSWISS as a Junior Payment Account Manager to optimize payment operations and support business growth while building strong client partnerships. SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Payment Account Manager to join our Payments Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to optimise payment operations, support business growth, and ensure a high standard of service across payment solutions and integrations.

• •Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders on the client side.
• •Understand client business models, operational processes, and payment-related needs.
• •Monitor and forecast key payment performance metrics.
• •Create development plans for assigned clients.
• •Collaborate with PSP Business Development, Technical teams, Business Account Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes.
• •Communicate client requirements and feedback to internal teams.
• •Identify opportunities to improve account management processes and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
