What you'll do
- •Be a point of contact for customer inquiries, internal team inquiries, and Payment Service Provider (PSP) inquiries.
- •Provide timely resolution for all escalated contacts (transactions, tickets, issues alerts & others).
- •Review and process all withdrawal requests as per Standard Operating Procedure.
- •Proactively monitor failed payments and reconcile the same before reprocessing or cancel.
- •Ensure payments made to processing centers and e-wallets are sent successfully and within time frames.
- •Collaborate with internal operational teams & cross-functionally to understand and resolve payments related issues.
- •Review & provide end to end resolution of all internal inquiries.
- •Dispute credit/debit chargeback cases with appropriate responses based on network guidelines to recover & prevent losses.
- •Monitor deposits and withdrawals functioning, report any technical issues.
- •Contribute to continuous process improvement.
