Senior Motion Designer

• •Create high-quality motion graphics, animation and edited video across digital, social, CRM, web, TV and OOH channels
• •Develop concepts, storyboards and motion treatments that bring creative ideas to life
• •Edit footage into polished final assets, including sound design, colour correction, captions and animated overlays
• •Lead motion design craft across selected briefs, ensuring strong visual storytelling and brand consistency
• •Deliver assets across multiple formats, aspect ratios and channel specifications
• •Collaborate with creative, marketing, social and production teams to deliver effective campaign work

• •Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• •Strong understanding of motion design principles including typography, composition, pacing and storytelling
• •Proven experience delivering motion and video projects from concept through to final execution
• •Strong knowledge of social media platforms, video formats and channel-specific requirements
• •Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
