What you'll do
- •Welcome and assist visitors into the Stadium in an appropriate way.
- •Provide an instant, attentive and professional service to all customers.
- •Open and close the turnstiles when required to do so.
- •Understand the ticketing arrangements for each event.
- •Ensure there is sufficient float money available.
- •Report any incidents that could affect the safe running of any event to the Security team or Safety and Compliance officer.
- •Assist the Office Manager with reconciling attendance figures when necessary.
- •To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Office Manager or Security team.
