Responsibilities
- β’Lead shift operations by allocating and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- β’Act as main point of contact for payment and fraud-related queries (internal teams and third-party providers).
- β’Take ownership of incidents during the shift, resolving issues quickly to minimize customer impact and workload.
- β’Handle escalations from Customer Support and ensure timely resolution across channels (chat, email, IM).
- β’Monitor trends and system issues, escalating recurring problems and ensuring proper follow-up to reduce downtime.
- β’Process internal crediting requests accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
