What you'll do
- •Develop and manage the company's PSP strategy across international markets
- •Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard PSPs, banks, APMs, crypto providers, and payment partners
- •Optimize deposit approval rates, withdrawals, routing, and payment performance
- •Monitor provider performance, costs, conversion, and payment stability
- •Coordinate integrations with Product and Tech teams
- •Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, CRM, and Finance on payment operations and optimization
- •Build strong long-term relationships with payment providers and industry partners
