Payroll Accountant

Join an IT company in Prague as a Payroll Accountant, responsible for payroll processing and compliance with Czech legislation. Our client is an IT company that develops modern software solutions and provides services to customers worldwide. The company values precision, reliability, and initiative – and is now looking for a Payroll Accountant to strengthen its team in Prague.

• •Independent processing of employee payroll in accordance with Czech legislation.
• •Complete payroll agenda for smaller and larger teams (calculations, deductions, compensations, executions).
• •Management of employment contracts, DPP/DPČ, employee onboarding and offboarding.
• •Leading and controlling attendance and accuracy of input data.
• •Working with payroll software (Pamica, Helios, Pohoda, etc.).
• •Processing documents for OSSZ, health insurance companies, and other institutions.
• •Preparation of annual settlements, ELDP, and related documents.
• •Regular work in Excel (controls, tables, summaries).
• •Collaboration with the accounting and HR team while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
