• •Ensure the correct execution and administration of payroll processes.
• •Validate, analyze, and control information related to payments, incidents, personnel movements, and labor obligations.
• •Provide timely attention and follow-up to internal and external client requests and incidents.
• •Contribute to the accuracy of payments, information integrity, and continuous improvement of compensation and personnel administration processes.

• •2 - 3 years of experience in payroll-related positions.
• •Experience in payroll calculation and administration processes.
• •Experience in managing and following up on incidents related to payments and personnel movements.
• •Experience in addressing and resolving internal or external client inquiries related to payroll.
• •Experience in handling and validating information for compensation and payment processes.
• •Proficient in payroll systems and administrative control tools.
• •Knowledge of payroll processes and incident administration.
• •Knowledge of labor legislation and applicable social security regulations.
• •Advanced Excel skills or tools for information analysis and control.
• •Knowledge in validation, reconciliation, and control of data related to payments.
• •Knowledge in administrative processes linked to compensations and labor obligations.
