What you'll do
- •Process end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- •Manage payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple states
- •Utilize ADP GlobalView (SAP- SuccessFactors) for payroll processing and ADP Workforce Manager for timekeeping
- •Oversee payroll including:
- •Gross-to-net calculations
- •Tax filings and payments
- •Garnishments
- •Employee payments
- •Handle complex payroll activities such as:
- •Terminations
- •Adjustments and corrections
- •Tax amendments and reporting
- •Serve as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers
- •Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and vendors
- •Support ongoing system updates, integrations, and process improvements
- •Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity

- •Starting compensation range is $71,900 to $104,300 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture.
