What you'll do at Figma
- •Manage US onboarding and off boarding processes including HR system workflows, background checks, I9 checks, and communications
- •Assist with bi-weekly in person onboarding in our SF hub by welcoming new hires and managing logistics
- •Serve as the first point of contact for People related questions including onboarding, HR data, benefits, and verifications of employment
- •Partner with key stakeholders including IT and Payroll to onboard new hires and keep information up to date
- •Support processing employee changes including compensation, relocation, and manager changes
- •Provide support for managing global time off and time and attendance
- •Maintain and organize internal documentation; regularly review and update documentation to reflect changing processes
- •Manage HR team compliance efforts to ensure adherence to all federal and state labor laws
- •Assist with projects within the people team

- •Hourly Base Pay Range: $37.50 — $65.40 USD
