Overview
Join MEDvidi as a People Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of providers, build HR reporting, and automate processes. MEDvidi is an AI mental health platform in the US market. We are looking for someone to take full responsibility for the provider lifecycle: pre-boarding → onboarding → offboarding.
Responsibilities
- •Manage end-to-end onboarding/offboarding of providers: documents, checklists, access coordination
- •Build HR reporting on lifecycle metrics
- •Maintain data integrity (BambooHR, Notion, Justworks)
- •Identify routine tasks and automate them (Notion, Zapier)

Requirements
- •2+ years in HR ops / administration
- •Experience with high-volume onboarding without lost steps
