Due to increasing workload, we are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant who will become a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations, logistics, scheduling, and confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities
- •Manage business and personal calendars
- •Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- •Organize international and domestic travel arrangements
- •Book flights, hotels, transfers, and restaurants
- •Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation
- •Coordinate family schedules and personal activities
- •Organize private events and family trips
- •Coordinate household staff and external vendors
- •Support property-related matters and service providers
- •Manage purchases, gifts, reservations, and personal requests
- •Assist with visas, residency permits, relocations, and immigration processes
- •Coordinate medical appointments and healthcare arrangements
- •Handle confidential information and sensitive communications
- •Independently solve operational and logistical challenges

Requirements
- •2+ years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- •English B2+ or higher and fluency in Russian
- •Strong organizational and planning skills
- •Experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- •High level of responsibility and discretion
- •Experience working directly with business owners or executives
- •Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- •Comfortable using AI tools and productivity platforms
