Due to increasing workload, we are looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant who will become a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations, logistics, scheduling, and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage business and personal calendars
  • •Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • •Organize international and domestic travel arrangements
  • •Book flights, hotels, transfers, and restaurants
  • •Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation
  • •Coordinate family schedules and personal activities
  • •Organize private events and family trips
  • •Coordinate household staff and external vendors
  • •Support property-related matters and service providers
  • •Manage purchases, gifts, reservations, and personal requests
  • •Assist with visas, residency permits, relocations, and immigration processes
  • •Coordinate medical appointments and healthcare arrangements
  • •Handle confidential information and sensitive communications
  • •Independently solve operational and logistical challenges

Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • •English B2+ or higher and fluency in Russian
  • •Strong organizational and planning skills
  • •Experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • •Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • •High level of responsibility and discretion
  • •Experience working directly with business owners or executives
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
