What you'll do
- •Supervision and control of operations during the shift.
- •Monitor and identify interruptions or technical issues immediately, applying company policies.
- •Ensure compliance with game rules and monitor for dishonest activities.
- •Correct errors made by staff during live broadcasts and prepare internal error reports.
- •Manage conflict resolution and handle complaints from licensees and players with diplomacy and confidentiality.
- •Assist management in daily tasks and cooperate with corporate groups in testing new online gaming programs or applications.
