What you'll do
- •Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
- •Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity.
- •Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
- •Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams.
- •Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.
Conditions
- •Base salary varies by location, with a range of $166,345 — $195,700 USD.
- •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
