What you'll do
- β’Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
- β’Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity.
- β’Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
- β’Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams.
- β’Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.

- β’Base salary varies by location, with a range of $166,345 β $195,700 USD.
