Product Analyst (Daily Banking)

MTS is looking for a Product Analyst to join their Daily Banking team in Moscow. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL and Python skills, experience in research and metrics, and a product mindset.

• •Align initiatives from different teams to a common framework: unified metrics, concept of 'success', transparent assessment of contribution to user base growth.
• •Prioritize the flow of hypotheses based on potential impact rather than client noise.
• •Build end-to-end analytics from acquisition to client activation, and identify blockers in the Customer Journey Map (CJM).
• •Perform statistical evaluation of initiatives and assess their actual contribution to key metrics (PSM, A/B).
• •Translate conclusions into decisions.

• •Confident knowledge of SQL.
• •Python for data analysis.
• •Real experience in research, conducting experiments, building metrics.
• •Product mindset - interpreting business results through metrics, ability to see the big picture as a Product Owner.

• •You have experience in fintech and products with a large user base.
• •You have a basic understanding of marketing.
