What you'll do
- •Develop bonus mechanics and promotions: welcome, reload, cashback, VIP, and others
- •Formulate strategy and roadmap for the direction
- •Work with hypotheses and identify growth points
- •Analyze key metrics: conversion, wagering, retention, LTV, churn, ROI
- •Manage the economics of bonuses and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions
- •Work with segmentation and personalization of offers
Conditions
- •Fully remote format
- •Flexible start of the working day - from 8:00 to 10:00
- •21 working days of vacation + 4 additional days off per year
