What you will do
- •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation and roadmap creation to delivery and optimization.
- •Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- •Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build innovative, compliant, and scalable software solutions.
- •Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
- •Work closely with stakeholders in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance) to ensure compliance and user trust.
- •Define and track key product metrics, evaluating performance and continuously iterating based on feedback.

What you bring
- •5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, data, or API-driven products.
- •Proven ability to define product vision and execute across cross-functional teams.
- •Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development.
- •A background in or strong familiarity with compliance-heavy industries (e.g., Fintech, Insurtech, Medtech).
- •Excellent analytical and decision-making skills backed by a solid understanding of product metrics.
- •Experience working remotely and asynchronously, with strong self-management and communication abilities.
- •Fluent in English (spoken and written). German language skills are a plus.
