Product Manager (HR Tech)

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop internal HR-tech products, focusing on automation and analytics.

• •Develop internal HR-tech products: automate the collection and analysis of all metrics and visualize through dashboards;

• •Experience of 2-3 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or head of internal digital products, experience with HR-tech products, HR analytics, or automation of HR processes;
• •Experience in developing internal platforms, automation systems, or corporate services and successfully implementing product improvements;
• •Ability to research user needs, conduct interviews, form and test hypotheses;
• •Confident in working with metrics and analytics, making data-driven decisions and understanding the interrelation of indicators;
• •Ability to form product requirements, manage the backlog, and prioritize tasks;
• •Effectively interact with developers, analysts, designers, and business customers, balancing the interests of different parties;
