Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop internal HR-tech products: automate the collection and analysis of all metrics and visualize through dashboards;
  • Conduct audits of HR processes, CustDev, study the market and best practices in HR automation;
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide feedback, form initiatives for product improvement;
  • Translate business needs into requirements for development, manage the backlog, priorities, and timelines;
  • Test functionality, train users, analyze metrics;
  • Interact with the development team, designers, analysts;
  • Rare trips to the RC.

Requirements

  • Experience of 2-3 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or head of internal digital products, experience with HR-tech products, HR analytics, or automation of HR processes;
  • Experience in developing internal platforms, automation systems, or corporate services and successfully implementing product improvements;
  • Ability to research user needs, conduct interviews, form and test hypotheses;
  • Confident in working with metrics and analytics, making data-driven decisions and understanding the interrelation of indicators;
  • Ability to form product requirements, manage the backlog, and prioritize tasks;
  • Effectively interact with developers, analysts, designers, and business customers, balancing the interests of different parties;
  • Possess systemic thinking, high independence, and the ability to achieve results in uncertain conditions.
