Responsibilities
- โขDesign and agree on application and integration architecture
- โขDevelop calculation modules, common libraries, and implement integration interactions
- โขFormulate requirements for CI/CD, monitoring, and logging
- โขConduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and facilitate team communication
- โขDistribute workload among team members
- โขControl task deadlines
- โขOrganize internal team processes
- โขMonitor release cycles and compliance with requirements.
Requirements
- โขExperience in team work using agile methodologies (be Agile!)
- โขUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle and practical experience in creating Python applications for enterprise ecosystems
- โขExperience in API design and integration interactions (HTTP, REST, GraphQL)
- โขUnderstanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns (GoF)
- โขUnderstanding of multithreading and asynchronous programming principles (GIL, asyncio)
- โขStrong knowledge of Python and experience with Django, FastAPI, Streamlit
- โขExperience with Python data (Pandas/Numpy/SciPy)
- โขPractical knowledge and skills in working with LLM (large language models) and Data Science
- โขExperience with application containerization tools (Docker)
- โขConfident Linux user
- โขUnderstanding of CI/CD principles
- โขAbility to work in a team and effectively distribute tasks
- โขUnderstanding of Scrum principles and tools.
