Senior Golang / TechLead GО (Platform V Synapse Service Mesh)

Join Sber as a Senior Golang Developer to lead engineering practices and develop high-load components for the Synapse product.

• •Development of engineering practices in the team, leading development management processes
• •Participation in the design of component architecture (backend, microservices, cloud-native)
• •Development of high-load components of the Synapse product in Golang, including the development of a fork of Istio
• •Solving complex cases for optimizing performance and resource consumption, as well as ensuring reliability and fault tolerance
• •Interaction with analysts, testers, and other teams within the production pipeline.

• •At least 5 years of commercial development experience in Go
• •Strong knowledge of Go: understanding of concurrency, memory management, profiling, best practices
• •Experience in developing microservices operating over HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, gRPC, TCP protocols
• •Understanding of design patterns and principles for building high-load microservice architecture
• •Practical experience with Kubernetes: writing and debugging manifests, working with Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets. Using Helm for application lifecycle management.
• •Understanding of Pod, NetworkPolicy, Ingress principles
• •Experience with Istio or other service meshes (Linkerd, Consul Connect): Configuring VirtualService, DestinationRule, Gateway, Sidecar, AuthorizationPolicy.
• •Understanding of traffic shifting, canary releases, mTLS, fault injection principles
• •Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity or similar
• •Experience conducting code reviews, writing readable and maintainable code
• •Skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
