Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist

We are looking for a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist to manage Reddit for the US market, focusing on advertising, community engagement, and reputation management.

• •Launch advertising (Reddit Ads): set up and run targeted paid ads on Reddit.
• •Create and launch subreddits: establish two official subreddits (r/Brand1, r/Brand2), develop a clear FAQ, community rules, and specify legal restrictions (18+/21+).
• •Content and mechanics: write native posts and reviews, launch bonus code giveaways (Code Drops), publish payment confirmations, conduct AMA sessions.
• •Reputation and support: publicly respond to player reviews and complaints, assist in resolving community issues.
• •Outreach and partnerships: track brand mentions on Reddit; build open partnerships with moderators of relevant subreddits for organizing AMAs and joint activities — within platform rules and with transparent brand affiliation disclosure.
• •Monitoring: keep track of brand mentions and reputational risks on the platform.

• •Salary: $1500/month.
• •Work format: office in Prague or fully remote.
• •Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Texas time (US Central Time, GMT-6/GMT-5 depending on the season).
• •All services, software, advertising budgets, promo codes, and giveaways are provided by the company.

• •At least 1 year of experience with Reddit (SMM, Reddit Ads, moderation, traffic buying, or arbitrage).
• •Ability to set up and launch ads through Reddit Ads.
• •Experience in the Casino/Gambling niche across any advertising sources (Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• •Good English (B2+/C1): fluent writing of posts and communication with users.
• •Understanding of how to handle negativity and maintain open communication with the community.
• •Knowledge of Reddit rules: understanding bans, spam filters, working with proxies/anti-detects if necessary.
