Overview
We are looking for a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist to enhance brand presence on Reddit for the US market. If you can manage Reddit Ads and build active communities, we would love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- •Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Reddit Ads.
- •Create and develop official brand subreddits.
- •Develop community structure (FAQ, rules, 18+/21+).
- •Publish native content, reviews, Code Drops, payment confirmations, and AMAs.
- •Communicate with users, manage feedback and brand reputation.
- •Interact with moderators of relevant subreddits.
- •Analyze advertising effectiveness and community growth.
Conditions
- •Salary of $1,500/month.
- •Office in Prague or fully remote work.
- •Schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 (US Central Time).
- •All necessary tools, advertising budgets, and services provided.
- •Work with international brands and large Reddit communities.
Requirements
- •At least 1 year of experience with Reddit.
- •Practical experience in launching Reddit Ads.
- •Experience in Casino, Gambling, Sweepstakes, or iGaming.
- •English proficiency B2–C1.
- •Understanding of Reddit rules, moderation, and anti-spam policies.
- •Experience with proxies and anti-detect tools is a plus.
