Responsibilities
- β’Monitor, analyse and interpret regulatory developments across multiple gambling jurisdictions.
- β’Provide clear, practical, and independent regulatory advice to internal stakeholders.
- β’Conduct substantive legal research and regulatory analysis.
- β’Manage regulatory queries from the business.
- β’Identify and escalate novel, complex, or high-risk regulatory issues.
- β’Lead regulatory impact assessments for new products and initiatives.
- β’Drive cross-functional engagement to embed regulatory requirements.
- β’Manage the preparation and submission of gaming licence applications.
- β’Maintain and develop regulatory registers and documentation.
- β’Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries and inspections.
- β’Assist in the development of regulatory policies and frameworks.
- β’Provide regulatory input into compliance monitoring activities.
- β’Support junior members of the Regulatory team.

Requirements
- β’Qualified lawyer with a Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Law.
- β’3β4 years post-qualification experience in regulatory, legal, or advisory roles.
- β’Experience in multi-jurisdictional gambling regulation and licensing.
- β’Strong legal research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- β’Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- β’High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- β’Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
