Responsibilities
- •Monitor, analyse and interpret regulatory developments across multiple gambling jurisdictions.
- •Provide clear, practical, and independent regulatory advice to internal stakeholders.
- •Conduct substantive legal research and regulatory analysis.
- •Manage regulatory queries from the business.
- •Identify and escalate novel, complex, or high-risk regulatory issues.
- •Lead regulatory impact assessments for new products and initiatives.
- •Drive cross-functional engagement to embed regulatory requirements.
- •Manage the preparation and submission of gaming licence applications.
- •Maintain and develop regulatory registers and documentation.
- •Prepare responses to regulatory inquiries and inspections.
- •Assist in the development of regulatory policies and frameworks.
- •Provide regulatory input into compliance monitoring activities.
- •Support junior members of the Regulatory team.

Requirements
- •Qualified lawyer with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- •3–4 years post-qualification experience in regulatory, legal, or advisory roles.
- •Experience in multi-jurisdictional gambling regulation and licensing.
- •Strong legal research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- •High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- •Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
