Responsibilities
- •Build pipelines for market, trading, and research data that feed models and strategies across the company.
- •Connect and integrate data from exchange feeds, execution venues, and alternative sources, experimenting with new datasets.
- •Develop data quality control and monitoring tools.
- •Create unified datasets used by multiple teams: research, ML, and production trading.
- •Work on storage and fast access to large volumes of data - tasks at the intersection of engineering and data science.
- •Maintain constant contact with researchers: transform raw data into features that directly impact model quality.
- •Influence how quickly the team tests new ideas and the reliability of models reaching production.
Requirements
- •Experience with market data, order books, or trading systems is key.
- •Experience with exchanges.
- •Experience supporting ML pipelines and understanding quantitative market research, particularly how trading strategies are tested on historical data is a plus.
- •Strong skills in C++ and Python.
- •Experience building distributed large-scale data processing systems.
- •Understanding of data modeling, storage formats, and data lifecycle management.
- •Strong SQL skills and experience with very large datasets.
- •English level B2/C1.
