• •Analyze risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behavior.
• •Contact at-risk players and provide support according to internal policies.
• •Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling.
• •Monitor self-excluded players to assess risk and refund eligible players.
• •Review follow-up case reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• •Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management.
• •Adopt a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
• •Recommend changes to Safer Gambling operational activities and processes.
