What you'll do
- •Help engineering teams effectively use AI in daily development.
- •Work with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other AI tools.
- •Conduct 1:1s, workshops, and spread best practices for AI usage.
- •Develop internal AI integrations on Node.js / TypeScript (MCP and others).
- •Explore new AI tools, assess their effectiveness, and implement the best solutions.
- •Measure the impact of AI on engineering team productivity.
