Senior B2C Compliance Officer

Join BetConstruct as a Senior B2C Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in the iGaming industry. SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

• •Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
• •Monitor and assess regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with evolving requirements.
• •Identify regulatory risks and provide strategic recommendations for mitigation.
• •Support the development and maintenance of AML, Responsible Gambling, and Operational compliance policies.
• •Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with licensing conditions and industry standards.
• •Conduct risk-based compliance assessments, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
• •Policy Development & Implementation
• •Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
• •Work closely with operational teams to integrate compliance frameworks into business processes.
• •Oversee the maintenance and distribution of compliance manuals and regulatory guidelines.
• •Monitoring & Reporting
• •Conduct periodic compliance checks on B2C and B2B platforms, reviewing content for regulatory adherence.
• •Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including Quarterly and Annual Regulatory Returns.
• •Maintain records of compliance activities, tracking key risk indicators and regulatory updates.
• •Stakeholder Coordination & Training
• •Act as a key compliance liaison between internal departments, regulators, and external consultants.
• •Assist in training and mentoring junior compliance staff, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
• •Support cross-functional teams in integrating compliance standards into marketing, customer service, and product development.
• •General Responsibilities
• •Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.

• •Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs within the iGaming and gambling industry.
• •Strong understanding of international compliance regulations, including AML, Data Protection, and Licensing requirements.
• •Ability to analyze regulatory trends and proactively adjust company policies to meet compliance standards.
• •Proven track record of conducting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• •Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian or Armenian is an advantage.
• •Certification in Compliance (CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) is a plus.
