What you'll do
- •Evaluate the existing DCO clearing environment to identify areas for build, improvement, or replacement to support scale.
- •Own clearing-related SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and internal documentation.
- •Partner daily with Control Desk, Clearinghouse, DCM, DCO, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, the ISV team, and CX to ensure smooth clearing operations and drive improvements.
- •Serve as the operational thought leader for client-facing process quality by translating user pain points into process and SLA enhancements.
- •Support treasury management, cash movement, reconciliation, settlement, and liquidity workflows.
- •Define and operate within SLAs, and propose/document them where they don't exist.
- •Identify operational gaps, control weaknesses, and tooling deficiencies, presenting problems with proposed solutions.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to build and improve clearing tools, exception management workflows, dashboards, and operational controls.
- •Support issue triage and resolution across clearing, settlement, treasury, and exchange operations, maintaining composure and acting swiftly during critical situations.
