Overview
Join OKX as a Senior Community and Events Lead to design and run community events across Europe, driving growth through engagement and partnerships. The EEA Growth Hacking team is turning the community into a core acquisition and retention engine. We are looking for a senior operator to design and run a repeatable system that ships multiple community events across Europe every month, plus large scale brand events and KOL retreats shaped by what our communities and partners actually need.
What you'll do
- •Build and run a repeatable system that delivers multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar
- •Own large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution, driven by real community and partner needs
- •Turn one off wins into documented playbooks so quality holds as volume scales, and own budgets, vendors, and logistics with precision
- •Align growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders, hold the line on priorities and tradeoffs, and solve problems live on site
- •Define and track the metrics that prove events drive growth: attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, and cost per outcome
- •Scale the Events and Social Media playbook to multiple European countries, from the get go.
