Legal & Compliance
- •Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures.
- •Challenge and support commercial deal structuring and negotiation.
- •Ensure compliance across sales, marketing and corporate communications.
- •Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of existing and new products.
- •Handle legal entity governance, new structures, IP protection, and data privacy compliance.
