What You’ll Be Doing
- •Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange.
- •Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
- •Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing.
- •Analyse and highlight exceptional items related to settlements and collaborate with cross functional teams and banking partners to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
- •Support future development efforts by testing new product offerings.
- •Provide performance reports and analysis with metrics for assessing performance and improvements.
- •Support the accounting team with reconciliations and other payment-related activities.
- •Review settlement operations and suggest areas of improvements and automations.
- •Support on ad-hoc requests from the operation team or cross functional teams.

What We Look For In You
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- •5-7 years of experience in fiat operations, preferably in cryptocurrency, banking, payment services, or fintech industries.
- •Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- •Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- •Familiarity with MAS regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- •Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
