What you'll do
- •Design and build end-to-end mobile systems for iOS and Android, from architecture to launch strategy.
- •Apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver scalable solutions.
- •Ship production-quality code with emphasis on maintainability, documentation, and test coverage.
- •Break down complex engineering projects, partner with cross-functional teams, identify stakeholders, and align partners for project completion.
- •Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promptly action feedback on your own code.
- •Apply AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and optimize engineering workflows.
- •Serve as a subject matter expert, provide consultation on domain-level mobile engineering projects, build relationships with internal stakeholders, share project updates, and influence decision-making with data-driven insights.
- •Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Conditions
- •Salary range: $223,611.00 to $268,333.00.
- •Performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package.
