What You’ll Be Doing
- •Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and compliantly in coordination with external providers
- •Coordinate work permit applications, visa renewals, and right-to-work documentation
- •Conduct new hire onboarding and induction programs, ensuring smooth cultural and systems integration
- •Draft, maintain, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and operational clarity
- •Provide first-line support on employee relations matters including grievances and performance concerns
- •Assist with pay transparency reporting, internal audits, and equitable compensation practices
- •Lead the implementation and testing of new systems, including AI tools, while maintaining employee data platforms and staying current with emerging technology.

What We Look For In You
- •Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist or operations-focused role
- •Proven track record of payroll management, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- •Working knowledge of Maltese employment law and HR compliance
- •Excellent communication and discretion, you handle sensitive matters with maturity and professionalism
- •Organized, process-driven, and able to operate autonomously
- •Fluent in English (spoken and written); Maltese is a plus
- •Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR) and payroll platforms (e.g., Shireburn, ADP) and ability to learn new systems.
