Senior IT Project Manager

Join TradingView as a Senior IT Project Manager to lead change initiatives and improve internal processes across the company. We develop internal processes across the company and help teams work more effectively. We also run IT projects of implementing new features to our product. Our team is looking for a Project Manager who can not only launch a change initiative but see it through to real impact — where the new process is adopted, understood, and actually working in practice.

• •3+ years of IT project management experience, including change or process improvement initiatives.
• •Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, training sessions, workshops, and facilitation.
• •Practical command of Project Management, Change Management, Process Management, and Risk Management.
• •Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and metrics; skilled at documenting processes and writing guidelines.
• •Confident use of modern AI tools in day-to-day work.
• •Strong communicator: you listen, align, and drive outcomes without formal authority — and handle resistance to change with composure.
• •Systemic and critical thinker: you see the real problem behind the symptom and understand how decisions ripple through the business.
• •Ownership mindset: you follow through, deliver, and pick up new skills quickly.
• •Knowledge of Russian (B2-C1).
