What You Will Do

  • GTM Strategy: Partner with our Managing Director (GTM) and regional VPs of Revenue to design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy.
  • Business Development: Actively support our Sales teams on high-priority, strategic accounts across all stages.
  • Sales Enablement & Productivity: Act as the primary bridge between Product Marketing and the global Sales organization.
  • Reporting & Pipeline Management: Architect and build our global sales reporting framework.
  • Sales Incentive Design & Execution: Design, model, and manage a motivating global sales commission plan.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Tech teams.
  • Future Growth – Team Development: Build and lead the foundation of the Revenue Operations function.

Who You Are

  • Strategic & Analytical: 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, high-growth Start-ups or Scale-ups, or VC/PE.
  • Business Acumen: Experienced in formulation and execution of commercial strategy and GTM motions.
  • Builder’s Mindset: Comfortable architecting multi-year GTM plans and executing.
  • Executive Presence & Partnership: Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
  • Problem-Solving & Ownership: Structured, yet adaptive approach to challenges.
  • Global Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Academic Foundation: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university.
