Senior QA Engineer

Join adjoe as a Senior QA Engineer in Hamburg, Germany. Work in a hybrid environment, testing mobile SDKs and backend systems for a programmatic advertising platform impacting millions of users. The User Experience team drives adjoe Ads—our programmatic in-app advertising platform. The team handles both the SDK side (Kotlin/Swift) running inside publisher apps and the analytics side (dashboards, data frameworks) powering real-time revenue performance and data quality assessments. The environment requires maintaining stability and performance within external apps and devices.

• •Own testing end-to-end: develop and execute comprehensive test strategies (regression, smoke, and beyond) and take ownership of post-release and post-implementation validation.
• •Test more than UI flows; investigate SDK behavior on device and backend systems behind it.
• •Collaborate closely with engineers; participate in feature requirement discussions and contribute product-related insights based on testing findings. Read and write technical documentation.
• •Build and maintain automated test suites (Appium, Playwright) alongside manual testing responsibilities.

• •3+ years in QA with hands-on mobile testing experience.
• •Experience testing full stack: mobile SDKs, backend services, and data pipelines.

• •Familiarity with AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and SQS.
