Senior Outreach Specialist

Aurora Labs is looking for a Senior Outreach Specialist to build and manage an international influencer marketing channel, with a direct path to Head of Department. Aurora Labs is a full-cycle AI studio. We launch technological projects from idea to implementation. We are currently scaling our key product N1 Hosting (premium server infrastructure) and are looking for a strong specialist to build an international traffic channel through influencers from scratch.

• •Build a pipeline for working with influencers: from search and first contact to closing large deals in the international market.
• •Develop and A/B test communication scripts (cold messages, follow-ups, offers) to maximize conversion.
• •Control the technical side of the process: account registration, working with anti-detect browsers, setting up proxies, and bypassing blocks.
• •Formulate simple content strategies for social selling.
• •As the channel grows, hire, onboard, and coordinate a team of junior managers (up to 10+ people in the future).
